The continuous confrontation of communities in Southern Kaduna by Herders which results to loss of lives and destruction of properties leading many houses and barns burnt leaving occupants homeless. So many people living in these areas have fled to neighboring villages to live with relatives, friends, while others in IDP camps. Majority of the displaced are women, children and many of them are growing more vulnerable as the violence persists and humanitarian assistance seems to be inadequate.
As part of St. Gerard’s social responsibility, visited MaKyali Camp and presented: Building Materials (Zincs, and Cements), Food Stuffs like corn, Rice, Gallons of Oil and Cartons of Maggi on the 17 June,2019 to the victims
